In the last article, we introduced the Built-out Gear-reducing Motorized Pulley

was widely used in China and some South East Asia countries in mining, wharf, coal mine, smelting, chemical industry, and other industries.

1. Design Philosophy

The product is designed with the concept of “5 years 30000 hours” to ensure its life is as long as possible.

2. Motor driver

We invented an aluminum shell motor, which is produced by our own factory.

It conducts heat better than an iron shell, heat transfers from the inside to the outside much quicker. Meanwhile, the temperature resistance class we use is 200°, higher than the industry standard of 150°.

3. Gear-reducer

We use hard surface gear finish machining on our gear reducer, which insure the products with higher precision and less noise. In addition, we use a higher noise standard than the industry standard.

4. Proprietary technology on the oil sealing. 

This proprietary technology contains:

• Fluororubber x 2, better heat resistance and abrasive resistance.
• Polyurethane dust ring reduces the impact of the external environment on sealing performance.
• A high density and high finish oil seal to avoid oil leakage.

5. The number of screws on the end cover is twice as many as the others.
6. Every product is tested for sealing property before leaving the factory.
