How do we perform in the environmental management and occupation health and safety management systems?
Both Huzhou Motorized Drum Co., Ltd and her son’s company Huzhou Shuangli Auto-Tech Equipment Co., Ltd are ISO14001 & ISO45001 Certified.
Environmental management：
1. Huzhou Motorized Drum Co., Ltd is a “3-star” Green Factory in our city under GB/T3613-2018 standard. Which was one of 30 companies in the first batch list.
2. An enclosed lacquer workshop is used to avoid environmental pollution.
3. Always focus on research and development of high efficiency, energy saving, safety and environmental protection of new products, 2-3 patents per year, total there are 26 patents.
Occupation health and safety management：
- All positions involving safety risks must be licensed, such as crane, electric welding, and forklift.
- A dedicated security administrator inspects the workshops
- The production workshops implement 6s lean management. When following the 6th S – safety, managers can work on minimizing short- and long-term hazards that can threaten the physical and mental health of employees. Workers feel safer, which further leads to improved focus and lower stress.
4. An organization of safe production to supervise each department.
5. All the workers must wear a work cap and work shoes.
6. Place safety warning signs at corresponding stations in the workshops.
7. Regular safety training.
8. Every employee signs up a safe operation recognition confirmation.
9. Annual occupational health examination.
