Once more our new product is listed in the national Eco-design product formula list
On February 9, 2023, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the Green Manufacturing Publicity List in 2022. Our JZD permanent magnet electric roller (JZDNd-45-2.0-1000-630) was listed in the Green Design products Publicity List of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
This is the second time that our new product selected after our electric motor built-in oil-cooled electric roller obtained green design products in 2022, which demonstrates our mission as a practitioner and promoter of the “double carbon” strategy, always adhering to the concept of green and sustainable development, and helping the national “double carbon” goal to achieve with profound technology accumulation and continuous innovatio
Once becoming a company with Eco-design product, will receive strong support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The ministry will use the industrial transformation and upgrading fund, special construction fund, green credit and other relevant policies to support the construction of a green manufacturing system. They also stressed that enterprises, products and parks in the category of green manufacturing need to actively strive for coordination of local supporting funds, green manufacturing system construction projects into the existing financial support focus. We will encourage financial institutions to provide convenient and preferential guarantee services and credit support to green manufacturing demonstration enterprises and industrial zones. It means relevant departments and local governments will give more favorable conditions and assistance to green manufacturing.
JZD electric roller with diameter of 500~1250mm and power of 11~355 kW is used to drive the bulk conveying belt conveyor. It is controlled by transducer vector control technology without sensor and can save up to 20% energy. According to the product and site conditions can adopt self-cooling, air cooling, water cooling and other cooling methods, widely used in mining, wharf, concrete, thermal power plant, steel mills, building materials, chemical and other industries.
