Alternating current is passed into the stator windings through vector control technology, and the motor starts to work. The permanent magnet electric drum realizes the effective combination of permanent magnet direct drive motor and the driving drum of belt conveyor, and realizes the electromechanical integration of the driving device of belt conveyor. It revolutionary replaces the traditional transmission system of asynchronous motor + reducer + coupling, replaces the AC motor + reducer installed inside the transmission drum, and also replaces the motor installed outside the reduction drum. Compared with the traditional driving device, it has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, large starting torque, strong overload capacity, stable start and stop, high safety, no noise, no oil leakage, small footprint, simple installation, maintenance free and so on. It is driven by sensorless vector frequency converter, which has the function of full start of frequency conversion and power balance of multi-machine drive. At the same time, the system adopts the Internet of Things technology, which can realize unattended, remote control, online monitoring, data acquisition and fault diagnosis.
